If you found this page through an organic search, welcome! Let me start by explaining what this event is all about. I’m a New Braunfels photographer and greater San Antonio photographer, and each year I host a complimentary customer appreciation event for families who have booked a session with me any time throughout the previous year.
It’s a relaxed, come-and-go gathering with cookies, simple crafts for the kids, and of course, Santa himself. There’s no rushing. Families can take the time they need to feel comfortable, whether that means warming up slowly or jumping right in. It’s always such a joyful event, and a meaningful, low-stress way to make your Santa visit part of the season.
Everyone who attends receives at least one complimentary image from the event as a small thank-you for being part of my photography family. This past year, I added an extra opportunity to share the magic. Families who brought a package of diapers to donate to Options Pregnancy Center received additional images in their gallery. Your generosity was incredible. Because of you, we were able to deliver a car completely filled with diapers to support local families. The staff was deeply grateful, and it was a powerful reminder that something as simple as this event can extend beyond photos and create real impact in our community. I’m so proud of the kindness you all showed.

This marked the third annual customer appreciation event, and it was truly my favorite setup yet. Each year, I design a new backdrop to keep the experience fresh while still feeling timeless and magical. This year’s backdrop had so much beautiful depth and softness, and it photographed like a dream. It created such a warm, inviting space for each child and family. One of my favorite parts of planning this event is imagining something new and special, while still holding onto the heart of what makes it meaningful.

Of course, no gathering is complete without something sweet. Cookies from local cottage bakery, Freckled Cowgirl, were a huge hit, just like they are every year. There’s something so special about partnering with other small local businesses to make this event feel even more personal and connected to our community. The weather cooperated perfectly too. Cool enough to make a warm cup of hot chocolate feel just right, but comfortable enough for everyone to relax and enjoy their time.

More than anything, this event has become a tradition I look forward to all year. It’s a chance for me to see your kids grow, to reconnect with families I’ve photographed through so many seasons, and to say thank you in a tangible way. Watching hesitant little ones warm up to Santa, seeing big kids play along for their parents, and capturing those genuine smiles is something I never take for granted.

The 2026 date and location haven’t been finalized just yet, but details will be announced as soon as they’re ready. I already can’t wait to create another beautiful space, share another joyful day together, and continue this tradition with all of you. Thank you for being here, for supporting my work, and for making this event what it is. I’m so excited to make more magic with you again soon.
